The Hamsun centre

The national center for author and Nobel Prize winner Knut Hamsun. This award-winning building is located in magnificent nature by the sea current Glimma in Hamarøy, Nordland. Here you get experiences and activities such as architecture walks, lectures, film screenings, debate evenings, writers' meetings, concerts and themed exhibitions.
